3-Day Technical Support and Training for RUO products
Appropriate for SOP’s using a 384-well qPCR instrument. This consists of 8 hours technical consultation pre-install, 8-10 hours onsite install, and 8 hours post-install support. Activities include, but are not limited to supporting the lab director to:
- Train staff on research protocols, instrumentation, sample prep and data analytics
- Assess equipment
- Draft evaluation plans
- Consult on correlation and stability studies
- Perform data analysis
- Compile reports and validation summaries
- Assist in developing risk mitigation strategies

4-Day Technical Support and Training for RUO products
Appropriate for SOP’s using a 96-well qPCR instrument. This consists of 8 hours technical consultation pre-install, 16-20 hours onsite install, and 8 hours post-install support. Activities include, but are not limited to supporting the lab director to:
